Mr. Nathan has an extensive background in the law and counsels clients regarding mergers and acquisitions, banking, intellectual property licensing, and financial and commercial transactions. Among many notable achievements Mr. Nathan has represented Japanese and other Asia-based companies in the acquisition or sale of companies in the U.S. and elsewhere. Before entering private law practice, Mr. Nathan served with the U.S. Army Judge Advocate General, including four years in Japan, where he was a military judge.

Mr. Nathan received a B.A. from Cornell University as well as a J.D. from Yale Law School. His professional memberships include: New York City Bar Association, and The American Bar Association.
